At the meeting, Yu Rihuan, a candidate for full-time standing committee member and first-level researcher, conveyed and led the study of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, guiding all members to deeply understand its core essence and practical requirements. The meeting emphasized that the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee serves as the fundamental guideline for CPPCC members in performing their duties. All members should study it diligently, thoroughly grasp its essence, and align their thoughts and actions with the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee. They should integrate this spirit into every aspect of political consultation, democratic supervision, and participation in the deliberation and administration of state affairs, proactively take responsibility, and work together to advance the solid implementation of the 15th Five-Year Plan.
